The aim of One Sixty was to start a sustainable agency that genuinely stood out. We started out as a small company wanting to change the market for the better, it’s been such a pleasure to see it grow into what it is today.
I genuinely believe that what we do is different and those that join us will find a fresh and ambitious culture, driven by passionate individuals who want to make a difference.
When we started One Sixty, we wanted to create a business that treated people well and did something that I believe is genuinely important. I felt something was missing from fundraising – I wanted to be able to bring campaigns to life and inspire people. No one else seemed to be doing that.
At One Sixty, it’s really important to us that our people feel that their input is recognised and valued. We want them to be happy to come to work in a place where they are challenged every day and grow from the experiences they have.
