Unicef UK have worked with One Sixty for 18 months and in that time have been hugely impressed by results, account management, and the quality and enthusiasm of One Sixty’s fundraisers.
Right from the first time we met One Sixty, it was clear they were committed to Face-to-Face Fundraising in the right way. They were able to demonstrate a culture and ethos of fundraising based around being inspired by the causes they represent, investing in recruiting and training quality fundraisers, and offering the public the best possible experience with their charity partners.
The campaign we agreed was meticulously planned with robust modelling, a timeline to launch and all the documentation and access we required for our on-boarding procedures. One Sixty were able to bring years of F2F creative insight and experience to the table when we planned this aspect of the campaign, which helped us to develop a virtual reality South Sudan creative which has significantly boosted results.
Since we’ve been live One Sixty have always been punctual and clear with providing results reporting, responding to any feedback we have, and critically challenging us to collaborate as much as possible on engaging and motivating their fundraisers. To date, we’ve recruited over 15,000 donors in line with our schedules and achieving over or above for our quality KPIs.
